About PT20® Trap

The PT20® Trap is a trusted choice for endoscopy and surgery centers across the healthcare industry. Known for its secure screw-top lid and ultra-fine mesh screen, the PT20® Trap is designed to easily and accurately capture even the tiniest polyps or tissue specimens. Its user-friendly screw-top design eliminates the risk of fluid splashes common with snap-on lids, making it a safer and more reliable option for clinical settings.
Unlike other polyp traps on the market, the PT20® features a removable fine screen that provides added flexibility in case the trap is installed backward. This allows for the safe retrieval of specimens that may settle beneath the screen. Though it may not be the least expensive option, its quality and dependability have made it a favorite among facilities prioritizing performance and safety.

Single-Chamber, Fine-Mesh Specimen Trap

The standard PT20® Trap is a single-chamber unit ideal for endoscopic procedures. It is engineered with a very fine mesh screen to trap even the smallest specimens effectively. The most widely used version for Endoscopy is the PT20 without the blue connector, as shown in the product images. This model offers exceptional clarity and control in specimen collection and is designed to integrate your existing suction system seamlessly. All Versions of the PT20 feature a screw top which prevents the splashing that sometimes occurs when opening a snap type of lid. This is the only trap with a screw cap.

PT20®C: Designed for Versatile System Compatibility

The PT20®C Trap, which includes a blue connector, expands compatibility beyond our Suction-Drain™ Systems to work with procedures like Arthroscopy, where larger tubing connections. Both PT20® and PT20®C versions maintain the same high standards of specimen capture and fluid control.

FM99

Our FM99 Filter Manifold, with approximately 500cc capacity, captures solids or tissue so that only liquid leaves the filter. The manifold can accommodate up to four suction fields (2 high-flow, 2 low-flow) to serve a variety of suction devices simultaneously.
